We're committed to getting to you quickly and affordably. That's why we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.


SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY

At this time, only ships to addresses within the 50 United States and US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands). We do not currently offer international shipping.

If you are located outside the United States and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please email us to join our waitlist.


PROCESSING TIME

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Delays: During promotional periods, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you updated via email if there are any delays with your order.


SHIPPING TIME

Standard Shipping (Free):

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after your order ships
  • Carrier: USPS or UPS (automatically selected based on your location)
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Expedited Shipping (Available at Checkout):

  • 2-Day Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days after shipment
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered next business day after shipment
  • Note: Expedited shipping options do not reduce processing time (1-2 business days)

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Shipping Time (3-7 days standard)

Most customers receive their orders within 5-9 business days from order placement.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  • Tracking link to monitor your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date from the carrier

Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam/junk folder or log into your account to view order status.

Tracking not updating? Sometimes there's a 24-hour delay before tracking information appears in the carrier's system. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been processed.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help (though we cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped).

P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes! Both USPS and UPS deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Yes, we ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses using USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to military addresses.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

We work with reliable carriers, but occasionally packages do go missing. Here's what to do:

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your property (sometimes carriers leave packages in safe spots)
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered before they actually arrive)
  4. Contact us at with your order number

If tracking has not updated in 5+ business days: Contact us at and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Our commitment: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Do not discard the damaged items or packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos

We'll send you a replacement immediately or issue a full refund.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Since we currently only ship within the United States, there are no customs fees, import duties, or international charges for any orders.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.


DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Customs processing (if international shipping becomes available)
  • Events outside our control

Before your order ships: Contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order enters the shipping process, we cannot guarantee changes.

After your order ships: We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you need to return your order, please review our Refund Policy.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription Orders: If you have an active subscription, your orders will automatically process and ship according to your selected frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days).

Subscription Shipping: All subscription orders receive free standard shipping.

Managing Your Subscription: You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
